Every order at TRAST is inspected before washing. We sort clothes by color and fabric type, check every item and identify stains that need special treatment before they ever reach the machine.
White, colored, dark and delicate fabrics are handled separately. We check labels, choose the right washing temperature and dry items in tumble dryers or in the air depending on fabric recommendations.
We use steam irons and iron with care to avoid damaging fabric fibers.

Clothes, bed linen and towels are 100,000 IDR per 1 kg. Shoes are 150,000 IDR per pair. The minimum order amount is 300,000 IDR.
Do you wash white, colored and dark clothes separately?
Yes. We sort white, colored, dark and delicate fabrics separately and choose care based on fabric type and label recommendations.
Can you remove all stains?
We offer a 100% stain removal guarantee or free: if we cannot remove stains from an item, that item's cleaning is free.
What products do you use?
We use 100% organic laundry care with no chlorine, no phosphates, no optical brighteners, no fragrance and no commercial powders.
Do you clean shoes?
Yes. We clean shoes and sneakers. Shoe cleaning is 150,000 IDR per pair.
Do I need to count clothes or show stains?
No. Put your items in a bag and send your pickup location. You don’t need to count every item, point out every stain or provide hangers.
Do you handle villas, hotels and apartments?
Yes. TRAST can collect from villas, hotels, receptions, apartments and directly from you.
